Chelle was in my area for a few days and I immediately contacted her thru Preferred 411 to set a meeting. She fits all the attributes I am looking for: skinny, blond, Caucasian and 21 years of age. Chelle is a pretty girl and very easygoing. However, her pricepoint is double what it should be. She doesn't bring to the table the professionalism or enthusiasm you'd expect for that price. She has decent potential, looks-wise, but I won't be repeating.

In a rare occasion, Chelle visited the location that I was at. She travels often and was a rare reviewed provider in the area that is over-burdened with unvouched for newbies. After deciding that I could trust her presentation, I made the call. She is especially concerned about security because she listens to the entire tone of your voice during the call to assure you aren't LE. Be honest with her and she'll tell you a direction to travel with instructions to call. When you approach, she provides more specific directions and guides you there.
