Reviewers express a neutral experience with Ginger, highlighting a prompt response time as a notable positive. One customer mentions that after leaving a message, they received a callback within 15 minutes, indicating efficiency in communication. However, the interaction lacked warmth, as the reviewer noted a straightforward approach with no personal engagement before diving into business matters. This lack of a warm-up may leave some consumers feeling disconnected during their experience. Overall, while the speed of service is appreciated, the absence of a more personable touch could be a drawback for those seeking a more supportive environment. The sentiment remains mixed, reflecting a balance of efficiency and a need for improved customer engagement.
