Reviewers note that scheduling an appointment with Vanessa is straightforward, as one customer found it easy to set up a time over the phone. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when the meeting location was revealed to be in a basement, which may raise concerns about the professionalism or ambiance of the setting. While the review does not highlight any significant positives or negatives beyond the ease of appointment, the unusual meeting location could be a point of contention for some. Overall, the sentiment is neutral, reflecting a mixed experience with no strong positives or negatives.
