Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Lexi, highlighting issues related to staff independence and appointment management. One customer notes that despite multiple visits, the staff appears to operate under a centralized appointment system, which undermines the claim of independence among the workers. This lack of organization contributes to a frustrating experience for consumers. Additionally, the review does not mention any positive aspects of the service, indicating a complete absence of satisfaction. Overall, the feedback reflects a negative sentiment, with no redeeming qualities noted in the experience.
