Saw Kendra's ad on backpage and other various sites online and set up an appointment. Verification is light-medium and is easy to set up. Kendra is about 5'4 so not necessarily a spinner but decently sized. Personality wise she is very friendly and does her best to make sure you feel comfortable. She does provide full service but charges for upgrades. YMMV on many menu upgrades as well.

I've seen Kendra a few times now, first for a massage, and again for some more options, great girl, very friendly, has some upgrades but she makes it clear and is easy to work with, I will see her again she is great.
