Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Jen, with a notable average rating of 3.0 stars. One customer highlights a positive initial interaction, describing the provider as "wonderful on the phone," suggesting a friendly and approachable demeanor. However, the review also points out a discrepancy regarding age, as the customer expected a 40-year-old based on advertising but found out the provider is actually 49. This inconsistency may lead to disappointment for some consumers. Overall, while there is a hint of potential in the service, the lack of clear positives and the mention of misleading information contribute to a neutral impression. The overall sentiment reflects a cautious optimism, with room for improvement.
