Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Erica, highlighting a lack of authenticity in the service provided. One customer recounts a disappointing experience where the individual they met did not resemble the photos presented, leading to feelings of deception. While the reviewer notes that Erica returned their call within a few hours, this minor positive does little to offset the overall negative sentiment. The encounter took place in a hotel, which some may find concerning. Overall, the absence of positive feedback and the critical nature of the review suggest a troubling experience for consumers. The prevailing sentiment is overwhelmingly negative.
