Set up was easy. At a location used by others, plenty of free parking. Neighborhood is not the best but OK. Arrived on time and went to building. Unit has security system so entered the code and went upstairs. Was greeted by a gorgeous gal with that nice latina complexion, a great smile. She welcomed me with a nice kiss and hug.
