Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Sophia, highlighting a mix of experiences. On the positive side, customers appreciate the ease of arranging meetings, noting that the scheduling process is straightforward and efficient. One reviewer mentions a prompt response and clear instructions for the meeting location, which adds to the convenience. However, there are significant criticisms regarding the quality of the massage services provided. A reviewer specifically describes the massage as weak and disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the company's advertising. Overall, while the booking process is well-received, the lack of quality in the services offered leads to a mixed impression. The overall sentiment leans towards neutrality, reflecting both the ease of access and the shortcomings in service quality.
