Reviewers express a mixed experience with Emma, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, one customer appreciates the initial meeting at a local venue, noting that Emma had a pleasant scent and created an inviting atmosphere. However, another reviewer shares a starkly different experience, feeling disappointed upon arrival and describing the encounter as not matching the expectations set by the agency's promotional material. This contrast suggests that while some customers find value in the service, others feel misled and dissatisfied. Overall, the feedback indicates a significant divide in experiences, leading to an average rating that reflects both appreciation and disappointment. The sentiment is ultimately mixed, with equal parts positive and negative feedback.
