Reviewers express significant disappointment with Shelly, primarily due to misleading advertising. One customer notes that the girl who arrived was not the one shown in the pictures, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction given the price paid. The lack of transparency regarding the models used is a critical theme in the feedback. Additionally, the overall experience seems to fall short of expectations, with no positive aspects highlighted in the review. The customer feels let down by the service, which did not deliver what was promised. Overall, the sentiment surrounding Shelly is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in honesty and service quality.
