Reviewers express a generally positive experience with Tori, highlighting the safe and clean location in Detroit as a significant advantage. One customer appreciates the professionalism of the staff, noting a welcoming atmosphere during their visit. However, there is a hint of inconsistency in the appointment process, as another reviewer mentions a typical two-call system that can be somewhat confusing. While the overall quality of service appears satisfactory, the mixed feedback suggests that some customers may have encountered issues with scheduling. Despite this, the positive remarks about the location and staff demeanor contribute to a favorable impression. Overall, Tori receives a positive sentiment from its customers.
