Arrived at the 4 star location early, exchanged information got instructions to go up. I wasn't familiar hotel so I specifically ask where the elevator was so I wouldn't look lost in front of the check in desk. The agency couldn't tell me. Of course I had a 50/50 chance to pick the right direction to the elevator and I picked wrong. I then strolled past the front desk a second and found the elevator and proceeded to the room. Got to the room knocked on the door. Polly opened the door and it looked like a train wreck inside. VIP's read on!
