This is the same girl reported some time earlier running a scam where her "friend" texts her about 10 min into the appointment to say the cops are at the front lobby inquiring about all of the traffic in and out of the room, in an attempt to rush you out of there (no hobbyist is going to stick around for that). The first tip is that the girl that answers the door is not the one in the photo, she looks similar, but it is not her.
