In doing this for a while I've developed some rules.... Rule A, never and I mean never call anybody with fake pics. If they're willing to lie about their pics, they're willing to lie about pretty much everything else and willing to give you terrible service in general. This is a rule I rarely break, but tonight I must have felt like TOFTT because of the provider drought that Detroit is in. Crystal happily obliged in fulfilling that goal. As if bankruptcy and sports teams who can't ever win it all isn't enough, we've got to have an army of horrible providers as well, what a nightmare for guy like me. I called Crystal and a nice voice answered the phone... that was where the good times ended. Do not pass go, do not collect $200....
