Pictures are of her. She has a bog ole booty but the pictures are probably old. She looks like she's got several more miles on her now. Called and made morning appointment. Was 3 call system - called to make appointment, again when close and finally when in parking lot. When I called from the parking lot she said that somebody was just leaving. Assuming she needed clean-up time I waited a while before going to the door. When I went in she said that they hadn't done anything. The room was dirty and she appeared to be also. I will not repeat.
