Reviewers express a mixed experience with April, highlighting both positive aspects and some areas for improvement. One customer appreciates the ease of setting up an appointment and the clear directions provided, noting the safe and pleasant location. Another reviewer mentions the responsiveness of the staff, indicating a generally positive interaction. However, there are hints of frustration regarding the waiting time for a response, suggesting that some customers may experience delays. Overall, while the ease of the process and the quality of the environment are commendable, the inconsistency in response times could be a concern for potential clients. The sentiment leans slightly positive, reflecting a balanced view of the service.
