Reviewers express disappointment with Karol, highlighting a lack of authenticity in their advertising. One consumer notes the presence of a blonde in the ads, which they suspected were misleading, indicating a sense of distrust regarding the service's representation. The review reflects a broader concern about the quality of the service, as the expectation of genuine engagement is not met. While the reviewer mentions the blonde's attractiveness, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction with the service's reliability and transparency. The absence of any clearly positive experiences further emphasizes the negative sentiment surrounding Karol. Overall, the feedback suggests a significant need for improvement in authenticity and service quality.
