Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Angie, highlighting a particularly negative experience shared by one customer, gentlemanjoe2. The review describes the environment as unappealing, with a pervasive smell of smoke and garbage scattered throughout the premises. Additionally, the reviewer notes an aggressive upsell tactic, which detracts from the overall experience. The presence of a friend hiding in the bathroom and the staff taking calls from other customers further contribute to a lack of professionalism. Overall, there are no positive aspects mentioned in this review, leading to a strong negative sentiment regarding the service provided.
