Reviews for Honey reveal a mixed sentiment, with an average rating of 2.5 out of 5. Some customers appreciate the ease of booking, as one reviewer mentions being able to schedule a service on short notice. However, the overall experience is marred by complaints regarding the quality of service, with one reviewer expressing disappointment and stating they would not return. The staff's attitude is noted as sweet, but this does not compensate for the mixed experiences reported. The lack of clearly positive feedback suggests that many consumers leave feeling unsatisfied. Overall, the reviews indicate a need for improvement in service quality and consistency.
