Reviewers express mixed feelings about TS Fantasia, highlighting both positive experiences and notable frustrations. One customer, GOODTIMES9999, appreciates the enjoyable atmosphere and the appealing appearance of the staff, noting a pleasant visit in Boston. However, LATIN2 shares a contrasting experience, indicating difficulty in reaching the company, as calls went unanswered late at night, leading to disappointment. This inconsistency in communication and availability appears to be a common complaint among consumers. While some find value in the service provided, others are left wanting more reliability. Overall, TS Fantasia presents a blend of enjoyable moments and significant challenges, resulting in a neutral sentiment.
