The odds are that, if you call a number from one of these boards, the girl you see is not the one in the photo. It's also likely that you set up the appointment with someone who knows English, promises GFE, kissing, etc., then you take your chances with whoever answers the door. Sometimes it works out OK, sometimes not. In this case I scheduled for a hour with one girl, who spoke almost no English but who was adept at the translator app on her phone, so the language barrier didn't slow things down. It got a little more interesting when she offered to have her friend join us at the original price but for a shorter period of time. I took a chance, and although I didn't hit the jackpot, it was a good time.
