Reviewers express disappointment with Malena, highlighting issues with reliability and authenticity. One customer notes that while the appointment setup is straightforward, the provider arrived about ten minutes late and did not resemble her advertised photo, leading to dissatisfaction. Another reviewer mentions seeing Malena's ad multiple times, indicating a lack of consistency in her branding, as she has used different names but maintains the same image. There are no clear positives mentioned in the reviews, and the overall sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability in the service provided.
