Headed to simple serenity in Pawtucket to see Kim. It's always best to call ahead of time and make an appointment. The spa is located in a converted factory warehouse on the second floor. It could be a bit confusing to find the 1st time because there is no sign. Once I get to the 2nd floor I knock on the office door and there are several women sitting all around the room. I sign in and I'm on my way to the room. Kim is very nice and knows how to keep a conversation going. Provides good service as well. I'd repeat with her.
