Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Kandy, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer appreciates the reasonable special rate offered, indicating that the pricing is competitive. However, there are no specific positive or negative themes highlighted in the review, making it difficult to gauge overall satisfaction. The mention of a "quick visit" suggests that the service may be efficient, but without further details, it's unclear how this translates to customer experience. Overall, the lack of strong opinions or common complaints leaves Kandy's reputation ambiguous, reflecting a mixed sentiment.
