Met Heather at a Hotel, she had me wait outside for 20 minutes and called back with the room number. I asked her if a shower was available, she hesitated but said yes, I shouldve realized at that moment to just leave, but of course, I went up anyway.

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Heather, noting a lack of clarity and communication. One customer mentions waiting outside for 20 minutes before receiving the room number, indicating potential issues with responsiveness. While the review does not highlight any specific positive aspects, it suggests that there may be some level of service provided, as the customer was eventually able to connect with Heather. However, the hesitation regarding the availability of a shower raises concerns about transparency and reliability. Overall, the feedback reflects an average experience, with no strong positives or negatives clearly identified. The sentiment leans towards neutrality, as the single review does not provide a definitive positive or negative impression.
