I had been trying to see Rosita for some time, but our schedules never worked out. I was finally able to get a date and time that was going to work. She even set the appointment at a location that was very close to where I work rather than making me drive to VA and deal with the rush hour traffic. Great for me, not as great for her as she was the one dealing with the frustration of the Washington beltway. Because of that, she was running late, but I completely understood.
