So galsdesire seems to be an agency/AMP that operates in a couple locations. I texted and was given the Gaithersburg location. After a few minutes spent trying to figure where to park I made it through the door and was met by Jojo, a short, sweet, enthusiastic woman who left no doubt about what was going to occur.
