Reviewers express a generally lukewarm sentiment towards Layla, with a notable lack of enthusiasm. While some customers appreciate the straightforward setup process, described as an "easy call" and a "standard two call system," the overall experience falls short of expectations. The service provided does not match the advertised images, leading to disappointment, as highlighted by multiple reviewers. Although one reviewer mentions that the service is "not bad looking," it does not fully compensate for the discrepancies in appearance. The mixed feedback indicates that while the booking process is efficient, the quality of the service and the accuracy of the advertisements leave much to be desired. Overall, Layla struggles to meet customer expectations, resulting in a predominantly negative impression.
