I've seen Horny/Starr a couple of times and she can be very challenging to get ahold of, especially since she has multiple numbers across several ads that aren't always posted. I had a hankering and tried texting one day late and got a response, so we agreed on the time and I headed to her motel. As has happened to me previously, she didn't respond for almost 45 minutes while I was waiting in the parking lot, and right when I was going to give up she got back to me and met her inside.
