Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Ella, noting that she is a new addition at Sarah's Place. While there are no standout positives highlighted, some customers mention the curiosity of trying a new provider. However, the reviews indicate that Ella's inexperience may have impacted the overall experience, as one reviewer suggests that her newness could explain a less-than-satisfactory visit. The location of Sarah's Place is also mentioned, with one reviewer noting its rural setting.
