Simple setup via text. Responded quickly with services, rates, and address. Got there and the apartment complex was sketchy. Lots of boarded up windows. She met me in the parking lot and took me to her room. When I got in, she told me to be quiet because she had a roommate but, "he's gay, so it's ok." (I never saw said roommate). Got into the apartment and it was trash. Blankets hanging from doorways instead of actual doors.
