I texted Victoria after seeing her posting online. She called me back and sounded very nice on the phone. I confirmed that she was available, and asked what an hour of her time was worth. I told her if her pictures were really her, that she was worth every penny of what she was asking. She brightened a bit and thanked me. I could hear the smile in her voice. She asked me to text her the address, which I did. Then there was a long delay. Then she texted me to give her a few minutes while she wrote down the directions, which I thought was odd. I assumed anyone with a phone had GPS. I learned later she did not. But I got nervous after having a bad experience last week, thinking she might be taking extra time to coordinate with her Uncle Leo or someone else, so I texted to cancel. She was okay with that. At the same time something weird happened. I got a text from one of my regulars. Turns out Victoria is very new to the hobby, and happened to be with Karmin who recognized my address. She asked if I’d be interested in a two-fer. We negotiated a bit, and came to an agreement. I’ve done that a few times, but it was always a disaster. Those things are never as coordinated and choreographed as they are in the films. It’s kind of awkward, honestly. But being with someone I knew and with her helping me meet someone new it was too good to pass up. VIPs, read on. Everyone else, I’ll just say that Victoria is legit, but shy. Treat her nice and with respect and she’ll treat you well. Contact her with confidence.
