Overall, Serena's not much to look at but delivers an outstanding massage. She doesn't use enough pressure, but then again, this isn't billed as a therapeutic massage. She told me that it had been a while since she gave an hour-long massage. I find that surprising. After the job she did on me, I would not consider seeing her for anything less than an hour. Serena works with a couple of other massage providers, Michelle and Vonnie. The group also includes a guy named Rob who seems to handle a lot of the scheduling as well as things like laundry (clean towels, etc.). I made an appointment for an hour later and I was given rough directions. When I got close, I called again and I was given the exact address. They have a small walk-up that is sparsely furnished. The neighborhood is old and a bit rundown, but did not seem unsafe. When I got there, Rob was there (carrying laundry in from his car), but assured me he would leave as soon as he was finished. I met Serena at the top of the stairs and she led me to the room with a massage table. She uses a clock radio as a timer. Unfortunately, it's old and has crappy sound quality. I gave her the donation and we were off...
