Reviewers express disappointment with their experience at Pink, primarily due to the unexpected change in personnel. One customer mentions looking forward to a session with Anita but was instead assigned to another staff member, which negatively impacted their overall satisfaction. While the reviewer describes the staff as "nice," they also note that the interaction felt scripted, suggesting a lack of personalization. The session itself was deemed "good enough," but the initial letdown overshadowed any positive aspects. Overall, the experience does not meet expectations, leading to a negative sentiment surrounding the service provided by Pink.
