We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express disappointment with Fiona, highlighting a lack of thorough screening and overall dissatisfaction with the service. One customer mentions a last-minute call that resulted in a quick response, indicating some efficiency in the booking process. However, the review also points out that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the quality of the service provided. The mention of a "pretty" girl does not outweigh the negative aspects, as the reviewer notes discrepancies between the advertised images and reality. Overall, the feedback suggests significant room for improvement in both service quality and transparency. The sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a poor experience for consumers.
