Reviews for Riley reveal a predominantly negative experience among customers. While one reviewer, SHAZ8901, notes a positive first impression with a friendly greeting at the door, this is overshadowed by critical feedback from others. FRANNKB expresses disappointment, feeling misled by advertisements and highlighting aggressive upselling tactics. DGUZMAN echoes this sentiment, criticizing the rushed sessions and lack of genuine service, suggesting that the experience does not justify the cost. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, such as the initial welcoming atmosphere, the overwhelming complaints about upselling and service quality lead to a negative perception of Riley.
