Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Kelly, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer mentions a positive aspect of the initial phone interaction, describing the staff as sounding "sweet and innocent." However, the experience takes a downturn upon arrival, as the hotel room's unpleasant smell is noted, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. There are no clear positive themes or critical complaints that stand out in the feedback, leaving a mixed impression overall. The absence of multiple reviews makes it challenging to gauge a consistent customer experience. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral, reflecting the limited feedback available.
