Reviewers express significant disappointment with Carmen, highlighting a major issue with misleading advertising. One customer mentions being drawn in by appealing pictures but was met with a stark contrast upon arrival, as the person did not match the advertised appearance. While the initial setup for a visit is described as quick and convenient, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction with the experience. The lack of authenticity in the representation of services is a critical theme, leading to a negative impression. Overall, consumers find the experience unsatisfactory, with no redeeming qualities noted. The sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in transparency and service quality.
