Reviews for Amy reveal a predominantly negative sentiment, with many customers expressing disappointment in their experiences. While one reviewer notes a quick response time, mentioning that they reached their destination in just two calls, this is overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction. Multiple consumers report issues with communication, citing full voicemail boxes and confusing text message instructions as significant drawbacks. Additionally, the quality of the service does not match the enticing pictures advertised, leading to feelings of deception and regret among users. The lack of positive feedback highlights a troubling trend, with no clear strengths emerging from the reviews. Overall, the sentiment is largely negative, indicating that potential customers may want to proceed with caution.
