Reviewers express a mixed experience with Missa, noting both positive and critical aspects. The location is highlighted as a nice upscale room on the Magnificent Mile, which adds to the overall appeal. However, customers mention disappointment regarding the discrepancy between the advertised images and the actual appearance of the staff, indicating a lack of consistency in expectations. While the interactions are described as pleasant, with staff being welcoming, the overall sentiment leans towards a sense of unmet expectations. The reviews do not provide clear themes of significant complaints or standout positives beyond the location and initial greetings. Overall, the feedback reflects a neutral sentiment, suggesting room for improvement in service consistency and transparency.
