Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Brandi / Violet, highlighting a lack of quality and value. One consumer describes the experience as a "rip-off," indicating that the services do not meet expectations. Another reviewer notes that while the location is easy to find and there are multiple staff members available, the overall appeal is lacking, with only one of the three staff members being considered attractive. The absence of any positive feedback suggests that customers feel the offerings do not justify the costs involved. Overall, the reviews reflect a negative sentiment, with consumers advising others to seek alternatives.
