I was attracted to this provider by her pics and price point and should have known some things were too good to be true. Nataly was polite, responded quickly, and on time, however I did not realize through text that there was a significant language barrier and she did not actually understand what I was requesting. I had to communicate in the broken Spanish I know and with charades to get my point across. She tried to accommodate but it just was not really working out.
