Reviews for Sandy reflect a mixed sentiment, with equal parts praise and criticism. On the positive side, one reviewer highlights the ease of communication and the appealing appearance of the staff upon arrival, noting a welcoming atmosphere. However, a significant complaint arises regarding the authenticity of the images used, as another reviewer expresses disappointment at not being greeted by the girl depicted in the pictures. This inconsistency in representation seems to be a recurring issue, detracting from the overall experience for some customers. While the engaging staff and their presentation receive commendation, the misleading imagery leaves room for improvement. Overall, the sentiment is divided, showcasing both positive interactions and notable concerns.
