I contacted Maria a couple days before to setup an appointment on Saturday morning, but the time I requested (10am) she was wanting to have a deposit first, I asked her if there was a deposit for the 12pm time, she then texted me her address and the times she was available on that day (12pm-10pm), she did not mention anything about a deposit, so I took that as a no deposit for that time. Very easy to get ahold of and there was no verification which was surprising. She sent me an address, and when I parked she sent me her real address which was a short walk just around the corner (60 seconds walk away).
