After being stood up by another provider, I was scanning BP for someone else. Came across Kristen's ad and I was interested. Checked that there is only one review, it was a bit of a leap of faith. I'm glad I took the leap. We traded a couple emails to set up a time. She called as she was leaving. She lives pretty far from the city so it took her a little over an hour to get here.
