We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Kate, highlighting a lack of enthusiasm from the staff and a disconnect between the advertised and actual experience. One customer notes that while the building and room are reasonably clean, they do not match the appealing pictures presented. The standard two-call system is mentioned, but it does little to enhance the overall service experience. Additionally, there are concerns about the erasure of reviews, which raises questions about transparency. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with no positive aspects clearly emerging from the feedback.
