Reviewers express a mixed experience with Jenelle, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the service arrives on time, and the staff member is described as having a pleasant personality, matching the image presented. However, a significant concern arises from a reported incident of theft, where a customer claims that a staff member left with personal belongings. This negative experience overshadows the otherwise satisfactory service, leaving consumers with a sense of unease regarding trust and security. Overall, while there are some commendable traits, the serious issue of theft significantly impacts the overall sentiment.
