Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Alana, highlighting a lack of transparency and quality in service. A customer recounts a disappointing experience where the performer who arrived did not match the photos provided, indicating a misleading representation. The interaction felt rushed, and the customer was left feeling unsatisfied with the overall experience. There are no positive aspects noted in the review, as the expectations for a slow striptease were not met, and the realization that the service was agency-based added to the frustration. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in service quality and honesty in representation.
