Went to see Kara but seems someone already sampling her in another room. Called earlier mama said come now and she available and get there but she gave her to some other braddah. Dang hate when you ask call and mama say come now and you see. Oh well. So Mama intro'd me to Mendy and said sure. Made way to room and gove mama fee.

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Mendy, highlighting a lack of clear communication regarding availability. One customer mentions arriving for an appointment with Kara, only to find that she was already occupied with another client, despite being told she would be available. This indicates potential issues with scheduling and staff coordination. However, the review does not provide specific positive aspects or critical complaints, leaving the overall sentiment somewhat neutral. The absence of clear positives or negatives suggests that Mendy may have room for improvement in customer service and appointment management. Overall, the sentiment is mixed, reflecting both a specific incident of miscommunication and a lack of standout positive experiences.
